Welcome to Garden 4 Goodies!

We are excited to share with you our experiences in the garden. We live in USDA zone 4 for those interested, which is full of high and low temperatures throughout the year. Our goal is to learn how to turn our garden into the plentiful, healthy, nutritious source of food it’s meant to be and share our discoveries along the way. You will find many garden topics discussed here such as containers, raised bed, pests and remedies, preserving the harvest, cold weather plants, etc. along with maybe a few off-topic subjects as they come along. Hopefully we can all learn something new throughout the garden year.
